what I see. The first part of the article
talks specifically about high frequency
signals over copper wire. If they go high
enough in frequency, the radiation into the
atmosphere will be short lived, and the can
use higher voltages to get longer distances.
The second part of the article talks about
additional work on using RF to the home
instead of physical fiber so that they can
maintain their work within the right-of-ways
and not have to run anything physical to
your home, where trees and other debris end
