Any workarounds?</p><p class="MsoNormal"> </p><p class="MsoNormal">This won’t allow this radio to be used for Autopatch or APRStt or anything that needs the * or # key!</p><p class="MsoNormal">The manual says you can store any of the 16 keys in DTMF memory, but for us, it wont take the * or # key.</p><p class="MsoNormal"> </p><p class="MsoNormal">You can only enter digits with the rotary dial and it does not go through * or #.</p><p class="MsoNormal"> </p><p class="MsoNormal">And you cannot just add the * or # on the fly, before-or-after because you have to do multiple presses to get it into and out of DTMF memory mode and the delay of all that is too long.</p><p class="MsoNormal"> </p><p class="MsoNormal">Anyone know a workaroiund?</p><p class="MsoNormal"> </p><p class="MsoNormal">Otherwise our second APRStt satellite is coming together just fine: See <a href="http://aprs.org/psat-2.html">http://aprs.org/psat-2.html</a></p><p class="MsoNormal"> </p><p class="MsoNormal">Bob, WB4aPR</p></div></body></html>
