It won't rise and burst like a helium balloon. But it will land when there is no direct sun...</p><p class="MsoPlainText">Those that know how to do predictions are welcome to kibitz on what will happened. But they can offer no height data, so we need to make some guesses and bound the problem.</p><p class="MsoPlainText">It will be on 144.39 normal APRS using W3ADO-11.</p><p class="MsoPlainText"> </p><p class="MsoNormal">Bob</p></div></body></html>
