<p class="MsoNormal">Dual layered plastic went no lower than – 15 C (5 F)</p><p class="MsoNormal">Single layered plastic went no lower than -27 C (-17 F)</p><p class="MsoNormal">While the outside temperature went to -60 C (-76F)</p>
