Reflective tape on the circular life rings on boats to be thrown to
overboard passengers was strongly suggested a number of years
back. A drunk fell off a riverboat in Edmonton,
Alberta. The radio amateurs doing a flood watch tracked the person
as he went down the river. However the fire dept boat had a tough
time finding him with their spotlights. <br><br>
