They construct their airplane moment XML file names to include the
UTC date and time, and back earlier today it was apparently in 6
degrees EAST (positive) longitude for a while.

aprs.fi apparently didn't like the one minute delay (see below),
but I'm surprised it complained when those were the only packets
it was getting. Their web map specifically displayed the one
minute old data so that's what I did as well. I suspect there's a
race condition if they tried to grab the current minute before it
was actually recorded. Server's time comes from

interestingly JSON whereas the telemetry is XML. Gotta love that
consistency.
