The multiple built-in beacon slots in KPC3's and TNC2's running
UIdigi firmware have been able to do this since forever. For at
least a decade, anyone monitoring APRS in Southern California (see
my previous post) has been seeing the periodic beacons from the
SoCal digipeaters "WIDE2-2 is the best path in SoCal". <br>

But of course, that doesn't do any good for the deaf transmit-only
dumb trackers (that can't receive) that make up so much of the
traffic in SoCal.....<br>
