</font>flash past my monitor screen as I was rebooting my
UIwebserver after the K6RPT-12 balloon flight. <br>

Pasted it into Firefox, and was astounded to see an APRS web site
entirely in Chinese. Didn't realize there was much ham activity
in China, let alone APRS. <br>
<br>
If you click on the picture of the hand holding what appears to be
a TinyTrack-like tracker, it takes you to another page, all in
Chinese, showing a screen shot of APRS.fi regionalized into
Chinese characters.<br>

they are offering, among other things, a download of the UIview
installer packed into a .RAR archive along with a
