This software soundcard TNC is a direct drop-in replacement for the AGW Packet Engine. <br><br>The newest version is now up on my website, repacked into a standard Windows wizard-type automated installer that creates an install folder, Start Menu entries, and desktop shortcut. Preemphasis increases the level of</pre><pre> high frequencies by 6dB per octave.
