I've sent APRS messages to the CT1AKV and EA7CRT IGates in Portugal
and Spain respectively, but have so far only received acks but no
human response. Hopefully they'll see the messages and possibly
switch over to 144.390 to receive the balloon if/when it gets that
far.<br>
