According to his toCall (APERXQ see
<a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="http://www.aprs.org/aprs11/tocalls.txt">http://www.aprs.org/aprs11/tocalls.txt</a>), it's an "Experimental
tracker by PE1RXQ". His beacon comment is "ALL-IN-ONE APRS GPS TRX
5W". I'm not sure what equipment that might be, but anyone can
actually put anything in to a comment like that.<br>
