I have a 6KW generator, which is plenty to run my household, and we have plenty of multiple hour outages out here in the sticks. If a grid-tie solar panel would sync to the generator, it would serve to extend the fuel. Not true backup power, but a contributor.<br /> -- 73 --<br /> J.
