Not entirely sure which way you want to connect. But I will mention
that they make computer USB to TTL interfaces. I am not at home to
look at the part but a Google search should locate them. Try
Sparkfun. <br>

to get TTL in/out.
Then use the TTL to talk to the IC706m2g to control the radio.
Without reinventing the wheel, is there a "better way"?
