My experience has been the data is formatted correctly when received by my D710, and when I hit the TUNE button it opens that data in the VFO ok, but the frequency offset is not programmed. I know from experience to add the - or + as necessary, and then the repeater access works fine. Have tried this during my travels across the western USA with similar results. I don't believe I've ever come across one that the repeater offset "transitioned" ok.<div>
