info on electronic devices for tracking people with Alzhiemers/ dementia. I know 

there is comercial braclets etc out there.. But I thought i heard about 

something like this in the realm of amateur radio.  A small transmitter and 

using RDF.  Anyone out there involved with this?</FONT></DIV>
