<div>A few years ago, I did a pocsag encoder on the AVR, and talked through an MFJ dataradio on 145.010 to a commercial pager.  The pager was synthesized, so all I had to do was get into the programming mode and tell it what frequency to use.   I can dig up the details.</div>
