We received input and advice from the guys looking after your WXSVR whilst we
were developing ours, so we made sure that these checks were in place so as not
to step on the US feeds and raise false warnings.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

warnings for Australia was first suggested, Geoff Gatward (vk2xjg) negotiated
with someone in the US. One requirement was, as I recall, that we didn't
duplicate any US zone/county names. Accordingly the state of Western
Australia (WA) became WX to avoid conflict with Washington State.<br>
