digipeating works, and or did not consider the impact on other users over
a wide area. A path of WIDE1-1 on a balloon causes massive
qrm. There are 3 balloons beaconing every 30 seconds with 2
hop paths, though one is using WIDE2-2 instead of
WIDE1-1,WIDE2-1. Very often packets are delayed and packets
are received out of sequence. This also causes the icons on the map
to ping-pong back and forth. </FONT> <FONT color=#0000ff

on the SW outskirts of Kankakee. I should get on their mailing list and
