I don't know about WinAPRS but I know you can get MS MapPoint to work with APRS using APRSPoint. I believe the website is <a href="http://www.aprspoint.com">www.aprspoint.com</a>.<br><br>MapPoint is the equivalent of MS Streets and Trips but has an API for third party software to utilize which allows APRSPoint to work.<br>
