Big article in the local paper about the hottest rip-off item
since CB's of the 1960's is GPS, Satellite Radio and "control
heads" which the theives mistake for either of them. Just the
mounting bracket or even a trace of the suction cup goop on the
glass will get you a bashed in window...
Shucks, and for the first time in my life this summer I actually
permanently mounted my D700 control head bracket instead of
letting it slide all over the place. See my control head in my
