want. It'll display incoming messages and send ACKs, and you can send
messages from the command prompt with automatic retries. It only

issue.</SPAN></FONT></DIV>

computer, and because messages sent to xastir appear on the local port 2023,
it makes it REALLY easy to then use xastir to take care of the acks, and
