<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>Locally our cable company leaks on a Local 

Government Freq. in the 155 MHz area.  This leak is near a major Shopping 

Mall, discount gas station, rehab. center where many people visit.  

The local agency on this freq. doesn't even care with the attitude that they 

have other freq.'s. which they could use in the event of a disaster.  They 

seem to forget that with PL always "ON" the operators will never know if the 

channel is usable or not.  Go Figure.  It is a loosening 

battle.</FONT></DIV>
