[aprssig] Board of Directors Update

During TAPR's Annual Membership Meeting on Octobet 25, 2025, three members
were nominated to fill the three Board of Director positions that expired
this fall. Since only three members were nominated for the three open
positions, an election was unnecessary and the three were declared as the
new Directors. Two "new" members were already Directors (John Ackermann,
N8UR and Dave Larsen, KV0S). The third new Director is long-time and very
active TAPR member David Witten, KD0EAG. Dave replaces Bruce Raymond, ND8I,
who served admirably for nearly three terms as a TAPR Director.
