[aprssig] Hamvention APRS-over-VARA Demos

I will running live on-the-air demos of HF  APRS-over-VARA  in my "Studio B" 
radio trailer at the Emergency Comms Vehicles Expo in the northwest corner of 
the Hamvention site.   I will be operating 40-meters APRS-over-VARA, 30-meters 
APRS-over-VARA and 20-meters VarAC Chat/Email all at once from the trailer all 
day Friday and Saturday.
