[aprssig] ANSRVR - Relocated

I've been trying my best to keep APRS Foundation-related activity confined
to our new group on Groups.io (https://groups.io/g/aprsfoundation);
occasionally, we encounter information and news important enough to warrant
wider distribution.

That said - I have some exciting news to share...

I did some sleuthing with Paul, Lynn's son(KJ4ERJ—SK), to determine where
Lynn hosted ANSRVR. We found it!

To make a long story short, ANSRVR officially moved to a new server yesterday
morning.

For you IT propeller heads (like myself), some details about the server:

OS: Windows Server 2022 Datacenter
vCPU: 2
Memory: 4 GB
Storage: 100 GB NVMe SSD

Location: Chicago, IL
