[aprssig] Messed Up Display: Terminal Window v2.9.0

What setting is off to create this mess on my terminal window of WIN APRS v2.9.0?

My PK-900 is on the air again, this time with an FT-710, all band QRV w/100’ LongWire & LDG Tuner. Is anyone still using 10.151MHz or any other HF frequency  Port 1: APRS 144.390MHz  Port 2:  145.825MHz  WA4TKG
