[aprssig] Updating the symbol for SOTA S;

Greetings,
YEARS ago, I started a brief discussion on the Summits on the Air (SOTA) reflector[0] regarding the use of APRS while out SOTAing.  The APRS spec symbol overlay and extension tables version 1.2 shows that the proper symbol to use for SOTA ops is S; (looks like a picnic table with an S overlay).  I wonder if we could use the SOTA symbol[1] instead of the overlay symbol for better clarification and visual recognition.
