[aprssig] Bulk Dayton Saturday Evening APRS/Packet Meet-Up

Hi Jason,

This is a fabulous idea! Thanks for taking the initiative to put this
together. I am tentatively planning on going to Dayton. I already booked a
hotel room and got time off from work, so I'm about 90% certain I will be
there. Count me in!
