[aprssig] ***SPAM*** Re: ***SPAM*** arrl.net domain e-mail sending failures?

Gotta love the ***SPAM*** designation as well.   I'm guessing that the 
tapr.org e-mail server is also checking the SPF and considers my e-mail 
to not be authentic...
