[aprssig] 2023-Navy APRS Football

I was in Annapolis this weekend for the Glee Club's presentation of 
Handel's Messiah.  (BEYOND awesome!)

Somewhere during the weekend I heard that they ARE running the 
football.  I think they're starting today or tomorrow to go the distance.

Don't know about APRS.
