I haven't heard of any, but if you are thinking of doing so, let me give you a warning from experience. When the Mic-E came out people began reformatting the packets into "human readable" formats. It was bad enough when one person did it so there were two packets on the APRS-IS, the Mic-E and the reformatted one (which did not have the same exact location because of differing precision), but there was no standard, so each software author implemented it slightly differently, and the result was that in areas with multiple IGates there would be a different packet from each Mic-E/Pic-E (and later Kenwood) that dup checking could not remove. It caused problems.

If you do this, please keep this experience in mind. There should be a written, precise, and unambiguous specification (harder to do than it sounds) for the reformatted data, such that any LoRa report will produce one and only one APRS packet.
