[aprssig] ISS Obj?

It should be there.  I'm injecting one called "ISS" from KJ4ERJ-15.

You won't see it on aprs.fi though because it moves too fast.

To get it from the APRSIS, either use b/KJ4ERJ-15 or o/ISS*  The former 
will get you more objects than just the ISS though.  And the * is 
necessary as the o/ filter expects 9 character object names.
