[aprssig] proper path for aprs.fi (and others)

Hi,

I'm trying to implement a LoRa APRS gateway (APRS over LoRa, not
lorawan).
It basically works (packets end up visible in aprs.fi) but my station is
not visible on the map with an 'L' attached to it.

When I gate a message from PD9FVH-2 (my mobile tracker) via my gateway
(PD9FVH), I send the following:

PD9FVH-2>APRS,qAO,PD9FVH:!5201.65N/00441.73E[www.vanheusden.com

What is wrong with this?
