[aprssig] third.aprs.net issues

The peers section for third.aprs.net <http://third.aprs.net/> shows that packets are arriving from every peer except from seventh.aprs.net <http://seventh.aprs.net/> (which is not online at this time). The Last In column shows at most a few seconds since the last packet was received.
Am I misunderstanding something?
