Alternatively, especially if you don't know the TIME EITHER, you could 
(ab)use position ambiguity - transmit a deliberately vague position - 
implemented by replacing low-order lat/long digits with spaces:

!49  .  N/072  .  W_.../...g...t077 or even...
!    .  N/     .  W_.../...g...t077
