[aprssig] Air quality sensor reporting over APRS

This came up on the list a few years ago, but I wasn't following 
closely. Has there ever been a standard adopted for reporting air 
quality parameters (e.g., PM2.5 and PM10) over APRS?

And on a totally unrelated topic, if there are any experts on P25 Phase 
II TDMA, I've got a friend of a friend looking for a consultant to help 
them with a fairly simple sounding project (it just needs to detect 
nearby TDMA transmitters) but it's too far outside my own experience and 
I don't have time to tackle it anyway. If someone out there might want 
to tackle this, let me know and I'll put you in touch.
