At a time when 500,000 people are without power in Texas and Louisanna and
more than HALF of the deaths from hurricane Laura are due to carbon
monoxide poisoning from gasoline home generators, I have asked the ARRL to
permanently waive the author fee and lower the cost of the book so it will
be available to more people.  Among other home DIY energy projects, It
talks of solar and the transformational use of EV's and Plugin's for clean
home emergency power that can last for days or weeks....
