[aprssig] HF APRS igates on fldigi

I have copied the following:

1) Not sure what this is. At first glance, I thought it must be a Mic-E posit, 
but there's no "gibberish" in the destination path.

2) WIDEn-N is NOT USED on HF.   Normally direct paths only, or if you must 
digipeat use "ECHO" without SSID
