It means you have to manually beacon on demand.   I was surprised how difficult 
this is to do with YAAC and APRSis32.

It's trivial with UIview... Just set beacon interval to 0 (zero) and hit F9 
anytime you want a beacon.

It's easy with a TinyTrack III which has a terminal where you can connect a 
push-button if desired.
