[aprssig] Designation for PSAT2 - Its ALIVE!

PSAT2 was launched last night. It is also on 145.8235.

When it is in safe mode, its call is PSAT2-1 (as it is now) and TOCALL is
APOFF

When we turn it on for users, its call will be PSAT2 ad the TOCALL will be
APDIGI

Until the digi is on and the call changes, you can see the raw packets on
FINDU using this link:

http://www.findu.com/cgi-bin/raw.cgi?call=psat2-1&time=1

But since it will NOT be turned on for APRS relay if all the other neat
experiments work, then the call will remain PSAT2-1 most of the time.
These modes will be fun:

PSK31 up on ten meters and down on UHF 435.350

SSTV Camera down on 435.350

DTMF Grid squares up on VHF – Voice response down on 145.825

DTMF Messages up on VHF – Voice response down on 145.825

I may be wrong, but these look like packets from you digipeated by PSAT.

Could it be that you have your PATH set to PSAT2-1 and PSAT just happens to
be responding to that?

I'm trying to figure out the designation for PSAT2. PSAT is N0-84. Any idea
what PSAT2 IS?
