[aprssig] GPS Epoch Rollover Findings

My Eagle Explorer handhelds from Lowrance (early 90's) works fine. Turned them on the day before to update almanacs (been LONG time since turned on) and then again after the roll over. No issues.

My serial GPS units from Amazon, GlobalSat BR-355 are working fine too!
I haven't checked the Argent Data Systems ADS-GM1 units yet, time will tell.
