[aprssig] REF: PA Balloon Launch

THe APRS transponder died when nearing release. It would not reboot. So
they took the tracker out of a van and tossed it in the cooler.

Amazing it worked. They planned for a landing in Intercourse, PA and so
they choose the launch site at 7 AM to target that small town. Amazingly
l=the balloon crossed right over the two-road intersection that marks the
town, but still at 18,000 feet. But it was coming down and landed not far
from town where the chasers were.

Callsign was THNSAT-9.

Snatched success from the jaws of defeat!
