The Naval Academy will be launching a balloon from around Carslisel PA
which will fly east to around Lancaster on midday Friday.  It will be APRS
on 144.39.  Callsign is BEPSAT (W3ADO in the BTEXT).

Please help us capture it.  I can't be there.  Only students.
