[aprssig] Balloon Launch now from Annapolis

We are launching four Balloons from the Naval Academy in Annapolis around
2 PM today, Wed, 19 Sept.

Two are APRS under the calls of WB4APR-11 and KB3UKS-11 and transmit
alternately on 144.39 APRS network and also on 144.34 clear channel for
direct reception of the 30 mW signal.

Two are WSPR on 20m with the calls of W3ADO-11 and WB4APR-12.
The WSPR balloons are on 14.097098 kHz carrier.
