[aprssig] Appalachian GOlden Packet Event 2018

We are gearing up for the 2018 Appalachian Golden Packet event.  Four
hours on 16 mountain tops from Maine to Georgia to form an ad-hoc APRS
link over 2000 miles.  This is our 10th year attempt.

New blood needed in northern Virginia, in particular Hawksbill Mountain,
because old blood cannot make it this year.

You must have a TMD700 series radio or THD72 for their internal 1200/9600
baud digi.
