[aprssig] 100 stations in 43 minutes

Carrying around my HT on Fieldday, I see the 100 station list cycles
thorough in only 43 minutes.  I went to a movie and came back and only the
last 43 minutes are still on the list.  I see some FD objects, but only one
live station that I can message.

I've seen 5 APRS stations on the APRS CQSRVR and made contacts with 2 so
far.

You might consider making your ANSRVR code also work as MSGGRP.  That might
be a more gneral purpose use of your server.  There can be all kinds of
groups I can think of..

CQ IOTA, CQ SOTA, CQ POTA, CQ SATERN, CQ AMSAT, CQ EVs etc...
