Err...   It's not exactly an "APRS Transmitter".

There is no GPS and no TNC or TinyTrack equivalent included -- just a very 
low-power FM transmitter.  You will have to add a case, GPS receiver, and TNC 
of some sort thereby doubling the cost.  For that, you can get one of those 
Chinese-made Sainsonic 5-watt all-in-one APRS trackers off eBay.
