[aprssig] SpotMeNow website

Long ago I created a primitive website SpotMeNow.
I recently brought it back to life and it occurred to me that others might be interested in being added to the list.  

It is only for vehicles, i.e. moving things, and not for fixed objects.
If too many are interested ill be in trouble as updating it is rather awkward.  We will see.
