What client are you using?  Or are you making your own?  I'm seeing a 
bunch of invalid packets in your raw packet history.  Like this one:

0x7F is the delete key.  It could also be a malformed HDLC reset, but 
only if your TNC is failing to do bit stuffing properly.  To me it looks 
like you're somehow getting delete characters in the middle of your text.

None of your APRS messages look to be formatted properly.  They should 
be something like this:

:WU2Z     :Testing{003

Note the : after the callsign, which is always padded with spaces to 9 
characters.  The message ID is required by some clients, and it should 
start with {.  I don't see any { characters in your messages.
