I'll get RIGHT on there, IF UPS EVER brings my Package !I thought I was seeing things, when a day after I received a tracking # EMail from HRO, telling me the delivery would happen this past FRIDAY, I was like COOL. So, 36 hours LATER,it says the delivery won't happen until MONDAY. Sunday rolls around, and the delivery changed to TUESDAY!   WTF ?!This is the crap they pull at Christmas time, even when it's NOT EVEN Christmas yet !

Shhhh. The band has been open for over 24 hours, straight (as I write this at 6:30 AM ET, USA).  Don't tell anyone that this is sunspot minimum!  Ev, W2EV PS: The PropNET Project uses APRS protocols on PSK31 (hence, including our APRS cousins in this e-mail).
